Creekside Plumbing is the best plumber we’ve run into in the area. Yesterday we needed to replace a hot water heater asap. They were Johnny on the spot, gave us a same day estimate and water heater replacement. Their estimate was more reasonable AND their attention to detail is far superior. The invoice has multiple before and after pictures on it. Nicole fit us in on the same day and Jason was so thorough and explained the proper fittings we needed on the new heater that the prior plumber failed to do on our original hot water heater.
Awesome! Nicole was super nice setting up the service call for me and Cole did an outstanding job! Three days after I talked to Nicole, job was finished. (They could have gotten to me next day but I was out of town). That’s unheard of in Crossville anymore! Cole didn’t just replace my pressure valve, he went the extra mile and replaced my shut off valve and positioned it where it was supposed to be, below my pressure valve. I have Creekside Plumbing on speed dial now and will continue to use them for future needs!
